Our team is confident we can find a solution for you; if not, we are happy to discuss a refund in accordance with ACCC guidelines.
Please be mindful that we do not offer a refund for a return that is a change of mind.

Non-refundable Items
Some items are universally deemed as non-refundable.
For copyright and intellectual property reasons, items such as publishing and software are deemed non-refundable.
For resale purposes, consumable items that have been opened, such as guitar strings or cables, are deemed non-refundable.
For health and safety reasons, items that have been in contact with bodily fluids, such as microphones, reeds, mouthpieces, harmonicas, headphones, in-ear monitors, etc, are deemed as non-refundable.
When Can You Return an Item?
You deserve products that meet your expectations. You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or store credit if the item you have purchased is:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to what was shown, advertised or described
- Did not perform as reasonably expected
