What a day. Our legendary May the 4th sale returned for its 18th year on Monday 4 May 2026, and you turned up in force. Huge thanks to everyone who lined up, browsed, haggled, hugged, and walked out grinning with gear at up to 90% off.

This one was extra special- our first May the 4th at the new Charlestown store at 252 Pacific Hwy. Plenty of you were seeing the new digs for the first time, and it was great to finally show it off on the biggest day of our year.

The shop floor had a soundtrack to match the chaos, with local artists keeping the energy up from open to close:

Revenge of the 5th- the sale that wouldn't die

The force was strong on the 4th, but the deals weren't quite done. We extended into Tuesday 5 May with Revenge of the 5th, dropping five fresh instruments at 90% off alongside whatever remained from the day before. First in, best dressed- and once again, you were first in, and very well dressed.
